Who we are
Next Step is a Thai company that makes quality television programmes and content. We were founded in 1988 and have worked in broadcast media since 2000.
Today we have more than 5 million followers across Facebook, YouTube, X, TikTok and Instagram (as of October 2026). Our channel Thainess is broadcast internationally via the AsiaSat 7 satellite, which AsiaSat states reaches more than 860 million households and more than 550,000 hotel rooms across Asia-Pacific, and we are expanding abroad because we believe in the talent of Thai teams.

Intern, do real work, and find a way to stay
We welcome student interns across every area of our business, for example documentary and television production, digital and social, teaching and learning with Doxzilla, airline and inflight work, sales and advertising, technology and data, and administration and management. The length of an internship is flexible, to suit the student. You will work on real projects alongside the team from the start, learning from real briefs and the people who do the work.
Many of our people started as interns and stayed on. If your work and your commitment fit the team, there is a chance to continue with Next Step.
